This high-altitude washed Caturra (1800-2000 MASL) delivers bright tangerine citrus, tangy redcurrants, and rich caramelised sugar notes reminiscent of Bischoff biscuits. Each small batch is meticulously processed—first rested for 24 hours, then carefully depulped, fermented for 18-24 hours, and patiently dried for 10-15 days on lined patios.
