An amazing natural coffee from Ture Waji (often referred to as The King of Guji). He is a prominent coffee producer and entrepreneur based in Ethiopia. He is the founder of Sookoo Coffee, also known legally as Dambi Uddo Agro Industry, located in the Guji Zone of the Oromia Region. Ture has gained recognition for producing some of the cleanest and most vibrant naturally processed coffees in Ethiopia.
This year the tasting notes include jammy strawberries, bright nectarine and lovely subtle lavender florals. This is a perfect example of a clean and vibrant Ethiopian natural coffee.
